Wishing you all a wonderful 2022! This year is already set to be a huge year for weddings, and we truly hope that this year allows you to have the day you have always dreamed of!

With the new year, comes some change, and we wanted to let you know that we have made some amendments to our appointment policies. As of 2022, all appointments and fittings will require a booking deposit as confirmation of booking and attendance. Sadly we had a record number of no shows to fittings last year, as well as very last minute cancellations for appointments, which left us with spaces we were unable to fill, and some very disheartened brides who weren’t able to snap up the cancellations. Moving forward, there will be a £15 booking deposit for weekday appointments and fittings before 4pm, and a £25 booking deposit required for appointments and fittings from 4pm and on weekends. Booking deposits are refundable if the appointment or fitting is cancelled with at least 72 hours notice.  Appointment booking deposits are redeemable against full price purchase within 2 months of the appointment booking, and fitting deposits are redeemable against alteration costs.
